#VCforCancer Kicking Off at Veritas for a Good Cause
Clever. Sassy. Well-suited. All of these things can be used to describe Veritas’ own brand new line of Lazypants.
Today, we are launching these Lazypants in honour of Nicola Moore – Veritas’ former Chief Strategist and dear friend who passed away from cervical cancer in December 2015, alongside all the men and women we love. Our limited edition line of women’s and men’s Lazypants act as a charitable item, while being comfortable and stylish.
To spread the word, our agency will be sharing content across our social channels using #VCforCancer. We strongly encourage you to sport your new sweats and engage with us online.
To kick up the personality in true Veritas fashion, there are two versions of the pants available to any generous donors:
• Men’s are a simplistic black and white design that say “We’ve Got Balls”
• Women’s are a chic grey and red design that say “Outside The Box”
Proceeds will be supporting cervical and testicular cancer research – something that is immensely important in Canada and globally. An estimated 1,100 Canadian men will be diagnosed with testicular cancer in 2016. Roughly 1,500 women will be diagnosed with cervical cancer. With our collective contributions, these numbers can be reduced and kept down for good.
